[blindlaw] possible discrimination...What should i do?

This has now become a definite discrimination against all blind persons in
the facility.  i just got word of another blind person who was transferred
to this facility, and they have taken his player which he brought with him.
i think a suit should be filed against the facility for discrimination
against blind persons.

Such a policy would obviously be unlawful.  If this can't be resolved more
easily, you ought to contact the  organization (there must be one) providing
legal assistance to inmates in your husband's facility.  Good luck.
