Full Time Position - 37.5 hrs/week

The American Bar Association Commission on Mental and Physical
Disability Law is seeking a highly motivated individual with good oral
and written communication skills committed to the inclusion of lawyers,
judges, and law students with disabilities into the legal profession.
This individual must have a sound background in disability law,
particularly the Americans with Disabilities Act; be comfortable and
experienced in showing other people and organizational entities what
they need to do in order to provide accommodations to persons with a
wide range of disabilities; and have the necessary experience to help
reorganize and oversee the maintenance of the Commission's website and
web pages for that web site, particularly those pages devoted to
employment and accommodations for lawyers, judges, and law students with
disabilities.
The candidate should have a law degree or a comparable professional
degree and/or experience, plus demonstrable knowledge about disability
rights and accommodations for people with disabilities. Candidates with
disabilities, racial and ethnic minorities, women, and candidates with
differing sexual orientations and gender identities are encouraged to
