Thanks everyone for your responses.

The company who refuses to let me go on the trip is most likely not based in 
Egypt.  There is no indication that the actual tour guides in Egypt would 
refuse to take a blind person.  These trips are organized into a package and 
sold by another organization probably located outside of the United States 
and Egypt.  In the U.S., the trips are sold through domestic agents, such as 
the one I purchased the trip through in California.  I hope that makes 
things clearer.  Thanks for the contacts in Egypt.  I'll be sure to contact 
them if the need arises.

I don't know much about the Norwegian case.  Does anyone have a copy?
