Hi Jack,
I think I have the answer to your question now. I tried it, and it worked.
I have JFW 8.0. I don't know how to do this with other screenreaders.
When you pull up a case in Lexis, you can press semicolon to go to the next on mouse over element. Since the search terms that are highlighted show up as on mouse over elements, this lets you access them quickly. Unfortunately, the page numbers
are also on mouse over elements, so this method takes you to the next page number or to the next search term.
The colon will take you to the previous page number or search term.
Did that make sense?
Best,
Angie
