Good morning,

I am curious if anything new has happened in the Target case recently.  Also, would the iTunes software and iTunes music store fall under the same category of public service as the Target web-site?  To the best of my knowledge this service is still inaccessible without the use of third-party scripts for a screen-reader (even then not all purchase options are available).
