There's a great book called "Bridging the Gap Between College and Law
School," but I'm sorry that I can't remember the author's name. I got a copy from
RFB&D, and it was very helpful. I'd also suggest you get your hands on a
civics or U.S. Government book and just refresh; this will especially be helpful
for Constitutional Law. I'd really discourage you from trying to learn or
practice any kind of legal writing before law school. You're going to have to
forget everything you've ever learned about writing anyway, so don't stress
about your skills now. My final and most important bit of advice is to try
to enjoy your summer as much as possible. It is unlikely you'll ever have a
stress-free summer again, with summer jobs, job searches, and so on. Just
ride on the thrill of being an incoming 1L. Congratulations!
Hope this helps.
