[blindlaw] PDF Forms and JFW

I use Acrobat Professional 8 to save the files in, "accessible text format."
This has worked when other methods haven't. The program's expensive but you
also get an excellent form creator with combo boxes, pull-down menus and
every device needed to create forms which really work.
