[blindlaw] OT JAWS Acting Funky

This email raises a question with me. How important and effective are the
legal attorney client privelaged disclaimers we tack on to the end of
attorney emails?
Do sighted people have the ability to see the disclaimer before reading the
message? When I read them, I read the entirety of the message before ever
getting to any disclaimer. Then the damage is done.
It seems like Jedi mind tricks would be just as effective, "You don't
remember what you just read." (while waving hand hypnotically.
