In case there are no good answers, keep in mind that there are some very
good JAWS script writers out there, and I imagine you could get custom
scripts written that would provide the best functionality. I have
experienced some situations where using JAWS with the regular scripts is
a real headache, but with the custom scripts written by a third party,
the program jumps to life! The scripts for Ad aware are an example of
how better JAWS can be with the right scripts.

Subject: [blindlaw] Software programs used by small law firm offices
I am wondering what software programs lawyers are using who are
practicing on their own or in very small firms to keep time and to keep
finances straight. What programs are accessible with JAWS? What
programs are really user friendly? What software programs are a must
have? Thanks for any insights you have.
Noel
