[blindlaw] Westlaw's text interface

I don't know all of the disparities but I've noticed that the text only
doesn't have as many links for key numbers and other features while the full
version has some results windows that are not readable by Jaws right off the
bat. So far I've had to keep a window for each open and bounce back and
forth.
