[blindlaw] Westlaw's text interface

The text version is very basic and doesn't include some of the best features
of Westlaw like documents in sequence for statutes and searches within
search results.

There are probably dozens of additional features on the regular Westlaw
sight that they haven't made available on the text only websites.
Nonetheless, I still find it very useful.
