This is not definitive because I have not done it, but I understand that if you uninstall IE 7 from within control panel, add
and remove software, that it
restores Internet Explorer 6. This is different than the "system Restore" function. You would definitely need to uninstall
Internet 7.0 anyway as it is usually not safe to install
an older version of something over a newer version. JFW is supposed to come out with a patch for IE 7, and they may
already have done so, if you have JFW 7.1, so checking that out might be worth a try as well.
