Thre's nothing worse than an abuse of process andthe law. That's what this amounts to, nothing mor and nothing less. The only way to counter act such auses is to have a strict costs follow the event rule. e.g. if you lose your case you pay the otherside's fees. if it applies to the defendants "attorneys fees" it should also apply t the intiff.
On a relted point, if the plaintiff gets injnctive relief, what are they geting damages for? $4,000 for inconvenience distress etc.? really a bit steap!
