[blindlaw] accessible blue book and citation

My name is Joshua Saunders.  I am a law student at Goldengate University in San Francisco.  I have not been able to find an accessible form of the blue book myself.  Because I have some manual dexterity issues and can not type I have to use Dragon NaturallySpeaking for dictation.  This has made citation in general very difficult, because the software depends on context to understand what you speak.  I was wondering if anyone else as dealt with the situation before and has any ideas.  I am interested in both criminal law and employment law.  , as well as family law.
