Rod,

I have not dealt directly with the lady Lock is talking about; however, I
must echo his sentiments with regard to Foundation and West. Both of their
books were horrible and the representative I encountered with West was
difficult to say the least, I believe his name was Scott. It is one of those
subliminal repression things; I just don't want to recall his name (smile).

I hope that you have a better experience with your accommodations than some
of us had when we were in law school.
