[blindlaw] publisher contacts

I have had horrible experiences dealing with this representative.  I needed 
her assistance for 3 books and every one required at least three follow up 
calls.  For my 1L year, my Criminal Law professor stepped in and expedited 
measures.

All the other people were always pleasant and accommodating.
