> My recollection from law school days, and it is a bit dated, is that the
FRCP book, the Federal Rules of Evidence, and the Uniform Commercial code
were simply paper pamphlets of those various codes and sets of rules. I
think that they had comments of the drafters, but I assume those go with the
material in any case. We had a case book (textbook) for civ pro that
contained the cases and materials chosen to help cement an understanding of
the rules in application with their limits and controversies. The same
could be said in evidence and contracts and sales. You probably can get an
electronic version of all these that I just mentioned, though I was never
able to get them on tape when I was in school. I was simply suggesting that
all would not be lost if you were not able to do so.
