Same here.  Perhaps if you still have the ms word copy and appropriate
permission is gained, the ms word copy could be distributed directly or back
to the publisher and out to those of us who desire it, saving translation
time and costs.

I obtained every other book but the blue book in electronic format, even
after contacting the blue book publishers.

I just guessed my way through.  Legal Research at my school  was pass/fail
and I figured out enough to pass without the blue book.
