[blindlaw] Number of Reader Hours

With regard to Bluebook, I got the publisher to send me a copy in MS Word,  
and then I let Jaws read it for me.  I had to go letter by letter sometimes  
though to make sure I got the punctuation.  I also had the front and back  
inside covers brailled for quick reference.  I think the hardest part was  
distinguishing between Italic, bold, and underlining though.  But once you  get the 
hang of it, it falls into place.
