I can't answer the querry on how to file a formal ADA complaint, however, I
would suspect it would be the beginning of a long process. For speedier
results, you might consider contacting a local news affiliate that does
those "Eye on the Community" type storiesIf what you seek is specific
performance, there's nothing like bad publicity to get some people moving.
