I believe most rest rooms are accessible in their present forms but I think
some Braille labeling might be mandated. I don't think it's feasible to
make all the games accessible as they'd require Braille cards which would
make many people really nervous. Take Black Jack, for example, At least six
decks of cards are placed in a shoe and they're dealt from there. This is
to prevent players with good memories from keeping track of what's left to
be played. I do believe a percentage or all of the slots could be made
accessible. If casino owners see a buck in it, they'll make as many games
accessible as they can.

| are on native american tribal lands and are governed by some other
| rules and lawa, I believe. Don't know if they are covered by the
| ADA. They may be, I just don't know. Secondly, even if they are, a
| place of public accommodation I don't think would be required to make
| "fundamental" changes to a game.

| As to the bathroom thing, this is a blindness issue to me, not an
| accommodation one. first, anyone who was at all compatent with using
| his/her cane or guide dog should be able to navigate in a rest
| room. Secondly, rest rooms have stuff down each side generally,
| sinks, urinals, toilet stalls, hand drying machines, towel
| dispensers, changing tables etc. Where would you put railings, and
| what good would they do. I don't mean to make light of something
| that is obviously important to you but this is a solution that isn't
| used or needed by blind people.
