[blindlaw] Bush administration fights Blind's access to currency

Why wouldn't these arguments apply to the sighted?  Attempts are made to 
accommodate people with varying degrees of disability and this is just one 
more step in that direction.  The only argument I'd accept from the 
government would have to do with the weight of of the burden it might place 
on the department of treasury to design such bills.
