Jack and other blindlawlisters:
Does Lexis have anyone in customer service that uses a screen reader or
is at least familiar with using a screen reader with Lexis?
I sent a generic inquiry and the call I got back reports that I can talk
to anyone there, but I don't believe it.

iI have been using Lexis exclusively for four years now and have had no
problems. The only issues I've run into are
(1) the reset password prompt requires you to type in the letters in a
picture. This was not mimicked in audio last I checked.
(2) Some of the buttons/links are not labeled. For example, to set
focus settings in a Shepards summary, you have to go to a link called
"void0"

with me as I never imagined I would have to use Lexis/Nexis. However,
here
I am in a new job and need to use Lexis/Nexis. Has anyone used
Lexis/Nexis
with JAWS? will I be okay?
