Noel has a good point. Good job landing those interviews. I have my own firm now but worked for a successful firm right out of law school. I had some staff to help me but I always foudn that when a mistake was made in a case I was the first one to get the blame. I worked very hard for that firm and put in lots of time I did not have to put in to try and show my boss that I coulddo the job. On my own I now discover that it was not me making those mistakes. My practice is doing very well and other attorneys always tell me what a good job I am doind presenting my cases, even when I lsoe. Now I am not saying that I am some great lawyer. I got off track. My point is always keep your self esteem and don't let others in the workplace drag you down and lay balem on you when you are doing a great job. Call if you have any questions.
