[blindlaw] introduction

Hi Dan,

Did you use a brailler for that section? I meant to request it, but it was accidentally left 
off of my accommodation form, so I had to do the whole thing with no writing implement. 
That was not fun, let me tell you! I made due by muttering to myself through the entire 
logic games section. I think my math background came in handy at that point, because 
otherwise, it would have been a total disaster without a braille writer.
