Yes, WE is easily navigable. The standard Windows keyboard shortcuts 
still apply although there may be times when you'll have to use WE's 
"pass thru" keyboard command so that the keystroke is passed to Windows 
without WE intervening. I used to know what the hot key was for this but 
have forgotten (I'm a JAWS user). But you should be able to teach 
yourself WE without difficulty except for switching mindset from JAWS 
terminology to that of WE.
