I've found that certain functions of Lexis Nexis are inaccessible using
Jaws. For those who have an account try to Focus your results once you've
done a search for something. If things haven't changed since the last time I
check you'll find that the red "APPLY" button on the Focus options page is
inaccessible. I've talked with my school's Lexis rep and she has made a note
to their technical department. I encourage everyone to make similar requests
through your own school or representative. If I'm wrong and this function of
Lexis is accessible I'd really like to know about it.
best regards,
Tim Elder

Hello Rod,
I did not use Black's on Westlaw, but Denise is right that the text only
database is the way to go. You are going to have a lot of trouble if you are
using the regular database because last year Westlaw started this graphical
search and keycite method on the database and it will certainly make it
worse for screen readers.
Take care and good luck,
John
