Oh, and quite simply...

My experience proved to me that screen readers (ZoomText and Kurzweil) did
not work well with Westlaw and Lexis. I addressed this issue with both Lexis
and Westlaw and received no satisfaction.

Thus, I doubt that moving to a screen reader (which, as I've stated DID NOT
WORK with either Lexis or Westlaw) will help.
