By contrast, I've found the text-only version of Westlaw easy to use. The
absence of graphical features doesn't much matter if you've never become
accustomed to those features in the first place. Nonetheless, anysystem can
be improved. In keeping with Steve's comments I've found, in my limited
contacts with the people at Thompson-West concerning these issues, that they
very much want to be helpful. Regards.
