[blindlaw] Scoring the bar exam

I'm anxioiusly awaiting NC results.  The MBE was tough.I don't know 
specifically how the MBE is scaled.  My guess is a tougher mbe is better for 
everyone because you get more fso-called free points.  With standardized 
tests they kick out the questions nobody gets right and the ones the top 
scorers miss.  I've heard prospective questions are mixed in with the MBE to 
be included on future tests, but don't count for this one, kind of like 
experimental questions.

Everything I've heard has everyone agreeing that the MBE was extra tough 
this year and the second half was harder and longer than the first.
