Hello Deb --
I'm sorry the list has been slow this past month. It is a relatively new
list and it seemed to generate a lot more mail toward the beginning when
everyone was introducing themselves, and there has only been a trickle of
mail since... This list is just a gathering place to discuss issues with
others who might have similar challenges, and I think it could be a nice
resource to get information and make friends, but it shouldn't take the
place of a resource person whose job is to work out solutions for your
particular needs.
I hope you will stay on the list. I'll look back at previous posts and
reread your posts.
Happy new year by the way!
More later.

i must of misunderstood Emily Ware, the mobility specialist for Lighthouse
for the Blind. She wanted me to network with others that have lost sight and
are
in wheelchair because she has been working with me for several months and
sees my frustrations with my new changes. She gave me this link saying this
was
for networking of people that had these challenges. I sent my information
in
and was added to the list of mailings for the blind rollers about a month
ago. She suggested I send something out saying what was going on and ask
people
to share how they conquered some of my challenges. Instead I got that the
mediator must approve it first. I have gotten no feedback returned so I take
this
is NOT a place to find individual support. Please let me know how I can
contact others that have MS or both electric wc and visual loss. I
explained this
in my previous email.
