Hi Dar,

I wouldn't know how to handle that either. Steps, curbs, or what we had in
our former neighbourhood, the tall student-appartements. Imagine  buildings
with nothing but grass and broken glass and all the paths looking the same
and still more grass to give it all the finishing touch. I can do much more
now, but I know I'm lucky living in an older erea. If I get stuck in the mud
after the rain, my chair is lightweight enough to get myself on the road
again. But with steps in front of me, my chair is just a thing to sit in and
wait for help I think. By the way, what exactly does the word total in your
message mean? Something like totally depending on a wheelchair?

I do not have to worry much about the road here, there's always a plays
where wheelchair users can cross streets and so on.
