[Blind-rollers] Quickie Breezy Ultra 4

Hi list.  In shopping for a lightweight standard wheelchair I came 
across the Quickie Breezy Ultra 4.  I'm told it weighs just under 30 
pounds without footrests.  Has anyone used this particular chair, and 
if so, what do you like about it, and what don't you like about it?  
Just thought I'd get some feedback on it.  Thanks.
