I think it is best if confrontation is taking place to try to keep a good attitude and even a smile on your face, even if it is hard, because that person might be willing to help you out sometime later. Plus, I think it is safer for me to slow down majorly when going through doorways and up or down ramps. My mom, when trying to get the wheelchair where I could get in it, has run over her own foot driving my chair.  So I know accidents can happen.  Your friend, Kassie
