Guidelines for Visual/Verbal description are found on Art Education for the
Blind's Web site's Handbook section:
http://www.artbeyondsight.org/handbook/acs-verbal.shtml
Also here are many examples of visual descriptions.

Subject: [Art_beyond_sight_learning_tools] How to enhance verbaldescriptions
of art
Do you know of any materials or information that provides guidelines for
verbal description of art and how to make the most of verbal description?
Are there any ideas for kinesthetic exercises or games that could accompany
an audio guide to an art exhibit? Our local fine arts center is starting
audio guide for the art shows.
