Dr. Richard Smith , a totally blind African music scholar and researcher,
and a consultant and friend of the Art Education for the Blind will be
hosting a two-hour radio program on station WKCR-FM (89.9 FM), the station
of Columbia University on Friday morning (day after Thanks giving), November
26, 2004, 10 am 12 pm. The program focuses on traditional and contemporary
African music.
The program can be heard within the tri-state area and on the web at
