Hi Gabe and all,

I haven't had trouble with the Itunes Web site, but I have not been
able to use the Itunes application to download music onto my PC (with
JAWS 6.0). The screen is simply very crowded so the JAWS cursor can't
get to the music titles, and standard JFW navigation keys like Tab and
arrows don't work.

Gabe, have you been able to use the Itunes application? Do you use a
different operating system (not Windows XP)?

I'm not sure if what Tai is investigating is the Itunes Web site or
the application, but I suspect it's the latter. Ryan's right that
right now this is just an investigation. If most people have had
positive experiences that is good feedback to give Apple as well.

Cheers
Arielle
