  The new arrangements are as follows:

  Date:  Saturday, December 8, 2007
  Time:  4:30 p.m. until ... (My ride is scheduled to pick me up at 7:30
p.m. to go home)
  Location:  Claim Jumpers' Restaurant (Tempe)
  Note:  Phoenix DAR and East Valley DAR drop and pick up directly without
transferring.
  Address:  1530 West Baseline Road
  Reserved Under:  Vicki Hodges/Phoenix Chapter
  Seating:  Together in the General Dining Room
  Ordering:  Off the Menu (Prices range from $8.00 to $20.00 on the average)
  Checks:  Individual Checks will be issued with Gratuity included in the
final total per check.
  Awards:  The Awards Committee (Chaired by Pamela Davis) will be making
presentations.
  Voluntary Gift Exchange:  Due to the circumstance, we WILL NOT be holding
the Voluntary Gift Exchange this year.

  If you were not planning to attend the dinner before, but would like to
join us at the Claim Jumpers, please contact me ASAP so the original number
for the Reservation can be increased accordingly.

  Again, I apologize for this modification to our plans.  We plan to make
the best of the situation, and celebrate the Christmas Season with gusto.
You might say that, "We are going to make Egg Nog out of Eggs!"  It will
happen with your enthusiastic participation and Merry spirits!
