Hi Bob and all,

As someone who wasn't able to be at VRATE, I am glad to see that we
have had some visitors who are i nterested in Braille NFB literature.
It is definitely important to follow up with these interested people
with Braille mailings. However, I agree with Gabe that next year's
VRATE exhibit would be greatly improved by including something short
in Braille, such as alphabet cards or the NFB brochure. We can still
sign up people to receive more expansive Braille mailings if they
wish, but I think it's important to have something for visitors to
take with them that they can read. People may forget about our booth
if they're visiting a bunch of booths in one day and it's helpful for
them to have a little reminder. Also, as an organization we are
dedicated to Braille literacy and this should be reflected in our
exhibit.

Of course, I'm not trying to publicly criticize those who organized
our booth; it's just a suggestion for next year.

Cheers
Arielle
