[Arizona-students] Amusement Park outing

Ultimately, sighted people who are just physically disabled can often drive
nowadays. In many cases, the elderly can't drive due to acquired
disabilities so I would often consider their needs right along with us blind
folks. Since I am blind, my focus is blindness related concerns, not to the
exclusion of the needs of others, but I am certainly not the best
representative for the needs of the elderly, physically disabled, etc. I
will only speak on blindness.
