Hi Gabe, this is Tony Sohl again, and I'm the representative for Arizona. Do
you have a K-NFB Reader and if so I would be very happy to show you how to
use it. What version of the software are you running and when did you
purchase your reader? If you have the older software I can update your unit
and it's very simple to update.
