Hi all:
Does anyone have info on the knfb reader than what the cheesy
documentation have on it.
I have never been board to tears as I was when listening to a hill
billy describe how to use the nfb reader in which evidently he had no
capacity in contributin to its creation.
also, the specs sheet just looks like another "I'm an independant
blind person" document and doesn't look like a normal spec sheet. the
info I got from a sighted person was the camera is a pc1108 cannon
and the pda is a fujitsu but no model number. can anyone give more info?
also I have gotten three phone numbers for the nfb reader tech
support, is it common for the nfb not to update its info. all the
documents are old outdated and have wrong phone numbers.
any thoughts?

Thanks for your response.
?
Would you explain just what you would define as a
"look at me, I'm blind" kind of thing as compared to an outing that will
raise the consciousness of the participants?
?
I'm very happy that you might consider the activities of the association of
blind students even though you are on the board of directors of the council.
We are trying very hard to appeal to all blind students.
