SMART Scholarship For Science/Math/ Engineering Students
The Department of Defense (DOD) offers scholarships to
undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students who have demonstrated
ability and special aptitude for training and education in Science,
Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) fields and offers them
career opportunities to continue their research in civil service
roles following graduation.
Through the Science, Mathematics, And Research for Transformation
Defense Scholarship for Service Program (SMART), we are proud to

career.

Girls Going Places Entrepreneurship Scholarship Program
Girls Going Places® Entrepreneurship Award Program is Guardian's
annual initiative designed to reward the enterprising spirits of
girls ages 12 to 18.
Guardian awards prizes to 15 girls who demonstrate budding
entrepreneurship; are taking the first steps toward financial
independence; and make a difference in their school and communities.
Prizes totaling $30,000 are awarded to three top winners and 12
finalists each year, to further their entrepreneurial pursuits.

Marian Norby Scholarship For Female Tech Students
The Society for Technical Communication is a professional
organization for people developing technical information through
such occupations as technical writing, editing, graphical design,
interface design, and Web design.
This scholarship is for those who are interested in studying for a
degree or attending a continuing education or training course in one
of these areas.
Applicants must be female, must be working full- or part-time for
the federal government as a secretary or administrative assistant,
and should be interested in enrolling in a training or academic
class related to technical communication.
