[Arizona-students] AABS Holiday Party?

Hello everyone,

The board passed a motion at our last meeting to have our AABS social on
the 2nd of December, but that can be changed if a majority of the active
members want to have it on the 23rd or after. (There are advantages and
disadvantages to both ideas). Our meetings are typically on the last
Saturday of the month, so Dec. 30 may be the best alternative date.

A majority of the board members have indicated wanting to have the party
at someone's house (as has been tradition). I have gotten offers to host
from Ryan (Tucson), Tony/Melissa (Chandler), and Ben (Scottsdale) and I am
also willing to host if we have it on Dec. 2 (Tempe).

Everyone who's planning to come to this event (that is, everyone on this
list I hope!) please weigh in with your opinion about the date (Dec. 2 vs.
Dec. 30) and the location (Tucson, Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler). The board
will vote and make a decision this weekend.

Hope everyone is busily selling candy!

Arielle
