Hi Arielle,
Yes. The requirement to insert a card is pretty much universal across all
the machines. It might have been a defective machine, but, alas, I think
most of the problems are going to come down to a lack of complete training.
In addition to contacting NFB's hotline today, I hope you will also call the
County Recorder's office and the Secretary of State.
