  cities in regards to buses, is up fifty-seven percent! Go ye unto your 
  magistrates and judges; make the councilors hearken unto you. Say, "Thy 
  sacred cow is returned unto thee in thy temple, so return forthwith the 
  buses unto two buses per hour or more."
