[Arizona-students] Membership Teleconference

Dear lists,

    Having gained sufficient interest in a membership teleconference, we're 
going to go ahead and give it a shot in hopes that we might begin an active 
dialogue with our state divisions.  Please write to me off-list,

and let me know which would work better for you: Sunday, March 19 at 8:00 
PM, or Wednesday, March 22, also at 8:00 PM.  I will in turn provide you 
with access numbers to join us for one of the sessions.

    Participants in the teleconference will have the opportunity to:

* Share ideas with other state representatives on what has previously worked 
to generate membership.

* Discuss event planning and agenda building.

* Explore some of the best followup methods and communication alternatives.

    Depending on the results of the teleconference, we may choose to build 
upon our discussions at future sessions.  A tentative agenda will be 
employed, but remember this is your opportunity to give and get answers.  In 
essence, this is your chance to get to know some familiar names on the list 
and work together toward keeping NABS as the leading source for blind 
students.
