[Arizona-students] On-Campus Member Recruiting for AABS

Dear Students,

    A continuous goal of the Arizona Association of Blind Students (AABS) is to bring in new members and to inform those around us of the NFB philosophy and the NFB's many exciting new programs. I know that there are a large number of blind students on all three of Arizona's university campuses who would benefit from contact with the AABS and the NFB.

    Which brings me to my question: Do you have ideas of fun, creative, informal events that we could bring to the university campuses to reach out to new students? If we come up with an activity, we should be able to get permission to visit the campuses and help with publicity from the DSS workers on the campuses. But we should find an idea which will appeal to students and also give them a chance to learn about AABS and the NFB.

    So, let's add thoughts about this topic to the discussion about Meet the Blind Month ideas.
