> The National Federation of the Blind Jernigan Institute is at the center of innovation in the field of blindness. In its first year, the Institute has established itself as a leader in creating innovative education programs, technologies, research, and partnerships that will forever change opportunities for the blind. As we imagine and build a future full of opportunities, we are interested in fostering leadership and innovation through Jernigan Institute Internships. Internships might be for a month or a semester depending on the needs of the Institute and the skills and interests of the intern. Those interested in internship opportunities with the NFB Jernigan Institute should contact Mark Riccobono, Manager of Education Programs, at (410) 659-9314, extension 2368, or email mriccobono at nfb.org to learn about current and future opportunities.
