I can't give you any contacts, but I have ridden horses. He is wrong and the
human rights commission is wrong. I have never been a good rider because big
animals scare me, but that does not mean that it was unsafe for me to ride
because I am blind. It is, well, horse crap. I would not suggest that a
blind person ride alone, but it is entirely safe on a trail that has been
allotted for horseback riding! He has probably never dealt with a blind
person on a horse before, and he is simply scared and ignorant and on the
border of stupidity. Fight him as well as you are able!
